Hello, I'm the person behind Nichols Bookkeeping. For the past 15 years, I've helped small business owners get out from under their books. I’ve handled bookkeeping from contractors, shops, non profits, wholesale retailers and everyone in between.
I hold an MBA in Finance from the University of La Verne, and I bring that training to every set of books I touch. But what my clients value most is simpler than that, they deal with me directly. I learn your business, I know your numbers, and I'm the one who picks up the phone.
My career has taken me across the full spectrum of American business. I've worked in the accounting office at ITT, a publicly traded corporation, where I learned the discipline and precision that large-scale finance demands. I've worked inside fast-moving startups like uShip and HomeAway, where every dollar mattered and financial clarity could make or break the next quarter. And I've supported mid-size companies and small businesses through every stage of growth.
Through it all, one thing became clear: working with small businesses is what I find most rewarding. There's nothing like helping an owner truly understand their numbers seeing the relief when the books are clean, taxes are ready, and they can get back to doing what they love. That's why I built this practice around businesses like yours.
I'm based in Glendora, California, and most of my clients are right here in the San Gabriel Valley, but I work remotely with small businesses anywhere in the US.
